 6. SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNABLE.

1. PROVIDE YOUR FULL NAME, PHONE NUMBER, ORDER NUMBER AND PLACE THE WORDS “INCORRECT ITEM” IN THE SUBJECT LINE (TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS).

2. SEND US A PHOTO OF THE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, UNSTAINED AND ODOR FREE ITEM IN IT’S ORIGINAL BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH TAGS ATTACHED , ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND PACKING SLIP AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.

3. WAIT FOR AN "APPROVED" OR "REJECTED" RESPONSE FROM US BEFORE MOVING FORWARD WITH SHIPPING YOUR ITEM BACK TO US.

4. IF APPROVED,WE'LL SHARE THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS WITH YOU AT THAT TIME.

5. RETURN THE PACKAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER RECEIVING THE LABEL.

6. THE ITEM WILL BE INSPECTED UPON ARRIVAL BEFORE SENDING OUT A NEW ONE. 

7. IF THERE IS ANY DECEPTION ON THE CUSTOMERS BEHALF, WE'LL INFORMED THE CUSTOMER IMMEDIAETELY, REVOKED THE "APROVED RETURN", SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO SENDER AT THEIR EXPENSE ($15.95) AS WELL AS A $45 INCONIVENCE FEE. ALL CHARGERS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE ORGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.

 REJECTED PACKAGES /RETURN TO SENDER POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
