1. All packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS at checkout. 2 Options below:
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 Business Days
- UPS Ground (Domestic): 2-5 business days
- UPS Next Day Air (Domestic): End of Business Day
- Please allow up to 5 Business Days for Processing in addition to the carriers delivery time frame.
- A tracking number will be provided to you from our end once the order has been processed; Next, your desired selected carrier will confirm the tracking number once the package is in their possession; Finally, your package will then be shipped.
- PLEASE NOTE: Once tracking information have been provided to the customer, Garment Addict Boutique WILL NOT be held liable or responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We WILL NOT replace your order or distribute a refund.
2. DELIVERY DELAYS: Are to be expected due to the following examples:
- Inclement Weather etc.
3. LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES: Contact UPS Customer Service 1 (800) 742-5877 or USPS 1 (800) 275-8777
4. REJECTED PACKAGES: All sales are final; so, if a package has been rejected upon delivery for whatever reason, Garment Addict Boutique WILL NOT issue a refund or replace your order. Moreover, the customer will be held responsible for any fees associated with the rejected package and/or “return to sender" cost. All charges will be deducted from the original form payment.
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY POLICY:
IN CONCLUSION, WE TAKE RETURNS, CHARGE BACKS AND REJECTED PACKAGES VERY SERIOUSLY. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD OUR COMPANY IN ANY ILLEGAL WAY, EXPECT CRIMINAL CHARGES AND A CIVIL SUIT TO FOLLOW
