WHAT IS AN ELOPEMENT CEREMONY?

An elopement is an intimate wedding where the focus is less on all of the wedding “stuff” and more on you two and your love. While there is no strict definition, an elopement usually happens with no guests (or just a small group) and without things like a processional or readings. The ceremony is generally very short, sweet and to the point. The overall vibe is intimate and casual (though elopements can be fancy too!).
WHAT IS A COMMITMENT CEREMONY?
A ceremony in which two people publicly avow their commitment to each other in a union that is similar to a marriage but without legal status. Eyes of GOD, energy of the universe, in the wonder of nature. Whatever you wish! I'd love to help you make this happen.
WHAT IS A VOW RENEWAL CEREMONY?

A vow renewal ceremony is a special moment that every married couple in love can share. Renewing your wedding vows is an opportunity to reaffirm your commitment to each other. Celebrate the longevity of your marriage and renew ideas you had the first time around.

15-30 MINUTE MEET & GREET CALL

  • I will shower you with love and positivity and go over the intricate details (such as date, time, location, guest, etc.) regarding the ceremony.
  • Tally up the final cost
  • Send over the contract via email.
  • Return the signed contract with a non-refundable full payment to secure your date.
    LATE START GRACE PERIOD
Atlanta traffic congestion is horrible that's why I'm giving you a complimentary15-minute "LATE START" grace period. However, once you've exceeded that timeframe, unfortunately, I will have to reschedule your ceremony according to my availability or you will forfeit your full payment for time loss.
    TRAVELING FEES
    • Traveling fees are included in the "I DO" package for up to 60 miles roundtrip and "SIGN & GO" for up to 30 miles roundtrip. If my travel time exceeds the miles listed for either package an additional $15 fee for every 10 miles thereafter will be added in your final bill.

    PARKING FEES

A parking fee in the amount of $5 or less is included in the "I DO" package only. Any additional cost will be added to the final bill.
PRESENT MARRIAGE LICENSE THE DAY OF THE WEDDING TO OFFICIANT:
The couple should have ALREADY filed for their marriage license prior to the wedding date. Verify and confirm all the information on the license is correct BEFORE the wedding. Changing these details after the fact can be a complicated process. The couple MUST bring their license with them on the wedding day I will sign it and submit it back to the court within 30 days.

    RESIDENCY

How does my residency factor into applying?

Are you or your fiancé a Georgia resident?

If either you or your fiancé is a Georgia resident, you may apply for a marriage license at any Georgia probate court.

Are both you and your fiancé nonresidents of Georgia?

If neither you nor your fiancé is a Georgia resident, apply for a marriage license in the county where the marriage ceremony will take place.
